Duties:
In addition to his role as an actor, Tim is the Executive Producer of Written Without Consent. He also writes and directs some of the individual sketches. He's also in charge of putting together the material for and running the live appearances WWC has been involved with recently.
Biography:
Tim Nikkel has been acting in theatrical productions since he was in elementary school and continued in high school, he even lettered in drama during his senior year. He realized that he knew nothing of acting when he attended acting classes in college. "I learned everything I knew of the performing arts in one semester of acting in college than I had in four years of high school drama classes and more," says Nikkel, humbled. He continued to act in theatrical performances as well as star and co-star in short and student films. Nikkel is also a screenwriter, director and producer. He has directed four theatrical productions, stunt coordinated for another, and constantly writes and rewrites screenplays. In 2006, Nikkel performed as Toby in the comedy/horror film Attrition, which was directed by student filmmaker Nathan Bamford and produced by Clint Findley. The film's stunts were coordinated by Mark Dissette. According to Nikkel, his only apprehension to the short student film was that he had to cut and style his hair into mullet. Originally called Severance, Attrition was finally released in 2008. In 2007 through 2009, Nikkel competed in the Community Film Society's 72 hour Shootouts where he won first place in all three years. In 2009, Nikkel became active in the charity group known as "Travel Opens New Ideas" better known as the TONI Connection due to the passing of one of his best friends in early 2008 as a concert coordinator/comedian. Because of the TONI Connection, Nikkel continued to be a stand-up comedian. He uses all his performance hats in a sketch comedy show called "Written Without Consent" where he is the executive producer and writer as well as one of the cast members.
